Mr. Wells graduated from Texas A&M University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1978 with a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Wells is a registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. With Wells Doak Engineers, Inc., Mr. Wells is responsible for the design of the electrical systems for a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to educational facilities, commercial office buildings, assisted living facilities, and lease spaces. Mr. Doak graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Doak is a registered Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning, the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and the National Society of Professional Engineers.
